For the second time in Alice's life we took her bowling. The only difference was is that this time she got to participate and she loved it.

(not my underwear I promise)
She showed even more of her determined, self reliant spirit with her determination to do it all on her own.

(yes, she is holding an 8 lb ball on her own with a broken arm)
She loved watching the ball gown down the lane, and became very protective of her lane, and cautious of the other bowlers around us.

This proved to be the first real trial of Alice's obidence and patience as well, and I am proud to say she came through with flying colors. We new upon pulling into the bowling alley lot that she would immediatly want to play the hoard of video games located within the alley. This would be a problem. So we handled it rationally and maturly. Before we exited the car we told Alice what we expected of her, how bowling was played and explained that there were alot of video games there and if she was able to stay near us and obey she would be able to play video games after our game of bowling. She agreed repeated back the bits of vital information and we were off.

Well she did perfetly followed directions and stayed right by us the entire time. And so wwe went into the arcade after the round and f course the car game was the first one they headed to.

Alice: "I am Lightening McQueen!"
A very fun time!
