The Letter A!

So about a months ago, yes I said a month, we started learning the Alphabet at my house. Alice has been absorbed in what letter is which so we decided to dive in and begin the fun. Very Unschooling of me, I know.
So Of course we started with A

We got supplies together to make her a book where we can store all that she learns and all her activities from each letter

Thanks to No Time For Flash Cards The Crafty Crow Preschool Daze and my over active imagination we have had no shortage of of activities.

We made an alligator out of the letter A

We did A stickers and glued pieces of an Animal together.
I had planned on doing an A hunt around the house but found that only Appliance, Alice and Anna start with A in our home. I had planned to go to the library, but we went to the zoo instead and went on a hunt for things that start with A

Giraffes do not start with A

Penguins to do not start with A... ok well technically these guys do as they are African penguins. It said so on the sign, therefore it is true.
We also found an Alligator (which was really a crocodile) And an Ape.

But this week also introduced two other things that start with A
Asthma
and
Albuterol
It is still unclear as to weather she has asthma. But she definitely has asthma like attacks that the albuterol fixes 'like magic' and since we started the Albuterol she doesn't wake up gasping for breath and coughing.
So ins ome respects, these A words look like they will be here for a while.
